Omg, 🤩 loved the location! so close to empire state and subway. Breakfast was 👌 but ended too early. Room was cozy. Service was great. Staff 💯 helpful. Only downside - room size. Overall, a good stay!

The staff was efficient, the hotel was fairly clean and placed in a central part of the city really close to the empire state building, penn train station and shops and shopping center. Plenty of food items served for quick breakfast. Service was good.

What I greatly enjoyed was my cozy room with excellent breakfast. The location was absolutely perfect, for example, a long-standing department store was just a short stroll away from the hotel. A wide range of food options not far from the venue. The restaurant was great, and the staff helpful.

The kitchen was lacking essentials, but the staff were friendly. Not worth the hassle, choose elsewhere for a better stay.

Location is fantastic! Close to subway stations and within walking distance of many attractions in Midtown Manhattan. the staff were friendly, accommodating, and helped us with recommendations for exploring the city. They were also great in storing our luggage after we checked out. We enjoyed breakfast at a nearby cafe and appreciated the convenience of shops and restaurants in the area. Our room had a tiny balcony, which was a nice touch for some fresh air.

The room was very basic, similar to what other guests have mentioned. It lacked the glitz and glam portrayed in the photos, and the AC was non-existent, leading to some noise from the street.

The only thing that would make this spot even more rad is if they had a cool rooftop hangout for us party animals to unwind after taking over the city.

There were a couple of negative aspects that I encountered. there was ongoing building work in the adjacent building, which caused noise disturbances early in the morning.
